Salary and remuneration:: Municipal, district and county financial graded guarantees. Newly hired fire extinguishers receive a monthly salary of approximately 4,300 yuan, and new drivers receive an additional job allowance of 1,000 yuan on top of their monthly salary of approximately 4,300 yuan. 4. Registration method

5. Exam arrangements
It is organized and implemented by the Political Department of Handan Fire Rescue Detachment.
Political censorship. It mainly verifies whether the candidates meet the conditions, whether the application materials are authentic, whether there are any illegal crimes, etc.
Physical examination. The physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the "National Physical Examination Standards for Recruitment of Firefighters in Comprehensive Fire Rescue Teams". The physical examination fees shall be borne by the applicants themselves. Those who fail the physical examination will not be allowed to enter the written examination and physical fitness test.
Written test and physical fitness test. The written test mainly assesses whether the candidates have the basic abilities required for the position. The content mainly involves mathematical reasoning and calculation ability, judgment and reasoning ability, language understanding and expression ability, data analysis ability and the examination of the professional knowledge that the candidates should have. The physical fitness test meets the relevant requirements of the Political Department of Handan City Fire Rescue Detachment.
Interview. In each of the above links, if the applicant encounters problems or gives up voluntarily, he or she will be replaced in order of merit.
6. Public announcement
The written test and physical fitness test scores of applicants can be checked through the WeChat public account "Handan Firefighting". The personnel to be hired will be posted on the WeChat public account "Handan Fire" for 3 days and will be subject to social supervision.
7. Relevant Requirements
After passing the political review, physical examination, written examination, physical fitness test, and interview, the municipal fire rescue detachment will organize a pre-job training of no less than one month. .
Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants who provide false materials and deliberately conceal facts when applying for the exam, who forge or fabricate relevant documents, materials, and information to defraud examination qualifications, or who cheat in physical fitness tests, physical examinations, political reviews, and training, will be disqualified from employment upon verification.
The pre-job training work is organized and implemented by the Handan detachment, and the assessment time is the last 4 days of the training. Pre-job training implements quantitative assessment and elimination throughout the entire process. Anyone who disobeys management or fails the assessment will be eliminated.
After the centralized training, the Handan Fire Rescue Detachment will be assigned to the employer to continue training for 2 months. Those who do not obey the organization's assignment will be deemed to have given up automatically.
After the 3-month training period, after passing the vocational skills certification assessment organized by the Political Department of the Handan City Fire Rescue Detachment, qualified personnel will sign a labor dispatch contract with the employer, and those who fail the vocational skills certification assessment will be kept for 3 months. You can then take the make-up exam and sign a labor dispatch contract with the employer after passing the exam. Those who fail will be dismissed.
8. Special instructions
This recruitment does not set an examination syllabus, does not specify teaching materials, and does not hold any form of pre-examination tutoring classes or training classes. Our company does not charge any fees during the recruitment process. The Handan Fire Rescue Detachment has not had any form of cooperation agreement with any labor dispatch company, agency, training institution, etc., nor does it accept any form of recommendation.
