Qianshan City is located at the eastern foot of Dabie Mountain in western Anhui, between 30 27 ′-3104 ′ north latitude and116/4 ′-116 46 ′ east longitude. The city is about 62 kilometers long from north to south and 28 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of 1686.03 square kilometers, accounting for 1.2% of the total area of the province. Including Tianzhu Mountain Scenic Area1982165438+10 approved by the State Council in June. It is connected with Tongcheng in the east, Yuexi County in the west, Huaining County in the southeast, Taihu County in the southwest and Shucheng County in the north.
The landform of buried hill city is deeply controlled and influenced by internal and external forces such as structure, lithology, climate and rivers. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, and it extends from northwest to southeast in a step-like manner into middle and low mountainous areas, hills, hills and plains. The mountainous area accounts for 49.3% of the city's area 1686.03 square kilometers (including 4% in Zhongshan and 45.3% in low mountainous areas), 9.9% in hills, 23.9% in hills and 6.9% in plains/kloc-0. The eroded structure mountain area is located in the northwest of Dabie Mountain, which belongs to the hinterland of Dabie Mountain and passes through Guanzhuang, Shuigui, He Peng, Chaoshui, Tea, Longtan, Du Ge Township, and some state-owned Tuoling and Tianzhu Forest Farm. There are mountains in the area, with overlapping peaks and steep mountains. There are more than 60 peaks above 800 meters above sea level, with Zhutou Peak at an altitude of 1539 meters, followed by Tianzhu Peak 1488.4 meters. The top of the mountain is mostly pointed and the ridge is narrow. The slope is generally between 30 and 40, and some of them are above 60. Gully development is perfect. The canyon is v-shaped. The exposed rocks are late Archean shallow marine metamorphic rocks. The soil-forming parent material is the residue of acidic crystalline rock.
