If the victim is disabled due to injury, but the actual income has not decreased, or the level of disability is light, but the occupational obstacle seriously affects employment, the disability compensation can be adjusted accordingly.
(1) Disability compensation (for people under 60 years old) = disability level x per capita disposable income of urban residents or per capita net income of rural residents in the last year where the court of appeal is located x 20 years;
(2) Disability compensation (for people over 60 years of age) = disability level x per capita disposable income of urban residents or per capita net income of rural residents in the last year where the appeal court is located (every increase of X (increasing age in x(20 years);
(3) Disability compensation (people over 75 years old) = disability level x per capita disposable income of urban residents or per capita net income of rural residents in the last year where the appealed court is located x5 years.
Note: 0. 1 for level 10 disability, 0.2 for level 9 disability, 0.3 for level 8 disability, 0.4 for level 7 disability, 0.5 for level 6 disability, 0.6 for level 5 disability, 0.7 for level 4 disability, 0.8 for level 3 disability, 0.9 for level 2 disability and 0/0 for level 1 disability.
