Good products in this scheme refer to new products that are unknown, not available in the local market, and have potential sustainable market prospects but not yet known to most people.
Generally speaking, manufacturers of new products have a strong demand to develop new markets. Because enterprises and products are not well-known and marketing is difficult, the requirements for distribution agents are not too high. There's a chance. If it is a well-known brand product, don't even think about it without financial strength. Is there anything else you can do?
2. Be a business representative first: After selecting the product, you can contact the manufacturer to be a local business representative, which is a key step that must be experienced in 2-3 months. The reason is that new product manufacturers have a strong desire to explore new markets, but it does not mean that they will send the goods to you first without considering the risks, especially when the funds and expenses are limited and the credibility of both parties is not guaranteed.
Prepare a focused market development plan, and of course attach your detailed resume (when the interview is ready). Salary requirements (it is best not to pay as long as the business commission, so the possibility of success is much higher, which is also very important. Oh, you don't have to covet low wages for two or three months and risk losing opportunities-especially one you finally find. Your ideal is to be an agent to start a business, not a business representative, which will lay the foundation for your independent agency in the future. Whether this step is successful or not depends entirely on yourself. It is best to fully demonstrate your ability and integrity. Once in place, the manufacturer will have no patience to wait to bargain with you, and you have no capital yet. Remember, if this step doesn't succeed, all your efforts will be in vain, and it's entirely your own fault. Don't blame me.
Generally speaking, if you offer to be unpaid, as long as you are a business representative (or can work part-time), you should be able to completely dispel the concerns of manufacturers. Next, it's much simpler. The manufacturer is required to provide a power of attorney and sign a written agreement to stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties, the time and method of commission payment, and the liability for breach of contract. It is best to provide business cards, materials and some samples (the manufacturer will ask for the sample materials for the first time, not too much, and it is also the time for you to show your talents).
Having said that, you should understand why this scheme requires entrepreneurs who want to be agents to meet the above three conditions.
In the last article, I have talked about how to deal with manufacturers and then how to find the target users. The situation here is more complicated. General manufacturers require cash on delivery, and general users require cash on delivery. If it is a dealer, it often only accepts credit sales. There is obviously a big contradiction here. If you can't solve it well, you're a business representative for nothing.
The following is explained in two situations:
The first case: you have no funds, but you can raise temporary funds to ensure a trading cycle. Usually, the sources of funds are as follows: 1, and advance payment (ideally): the lowest risk and the fastest return. Such users are hard to find, which is the biggest test for your personal ability. It often takes all your efforts and all your relationships to achieve it. However, there are also smart practices, such as joining fees, special offers and buying stored value consumption, which are more popular now. Of course, if you are smart enough, you will definitely have your own way.
2. Personal loans (including loans): There are certain risks, but it is a common way. In this case, you must not sell on credit. The preferred ideal users should be group users and dealers who are willing to join or cash out (not many but some, the key is what you do); A transaction cycle can be completed in about 15 days from the delivery of the goods by the manufacturer, so the transaction amount is about several thousand yuan to tens of thousands of yuan, and the risk is not great. Of course, in order to prevent risks, users can be required to pay a deposit of about 20% in advance (if the amount is not large, there is no need to force it, so as not to cause unpleasantness and affect cooperation), sign a simple order (supply contract) and agree on cash on delivery, so there is basically no risk.
The above is the situation where you can raise short-term funds to ensure the completion of a transaction without funds. Generally, you can get a business commission by completing a transaction, and it is not far from your agency dream to do it a few times more.
There is another way. You can't raise enough short-term funds without funds, but you must meet the following conditions: 1, find a product with a commission profit of more than 35% (otherwise the profit is too small, you might as well not do it); 2. The product must have a wide range of individual users (similarly).
3, the product must have a significant advantage (otherwise it is a liar, don't blame me for being beaten) 4, the price of the product must be acceptable to most people.
There are quite a few products that meet the above conditions. You can pre-select them. If there is no suitable one, ask me again. I'll give you some advice. If you want to be an agent without funds, if you find a suitable product, the commission reward will exceed 35%, and you can do it in the following ways (two schemes): Scheme 1: 1. First, design a promotion plan for small groups and individuals according to the product price positioning (I'm not sure) 2. Apply as a business representative in the same way and open a personal bank account to facilitate the settlement and payment of royalties.
3. Remit to buy at least one set of products (samples), and the price is preferably within 200 yuan, which is limited to the affordability of ordinary individuals.
4. Start your work as a business representative. For individual and small group consumers, ask the manufacturer to deliver the goods in time after receiving the payment, and at the same time develop your partners among individual consumers (it is very important, you can't do much without partners, and you can't make a few nails).
See, this is the way of direct selling. Don't underestimate it. You can do the math yourself. It is characterized by the strength of the team and can work part-time. People with direct selling experience can understand at a glance.
