(3) From the perspective of copyright

On the premise that both parties are free, who should the copyright of the photos belong to? In my opinion, I have always insisted on:

1. Copyright belongs to both parties. This means that both parties have the right to use the photos for various purposes, such as publicity, sale and deletion. And the profits generated here should be owned by one party; (that is, whoever has the ability to make a profit will belong to him, and there is no need to redistribute it)

2. The photographer has full authority. This is a supplement to the last article. Strictly speaking, it was actually included in the last article. Full use right means that the photographer can edit and use it again in a different way from Madou; (For example, in the same photo, Madou PS is type A, and photographer PS is type B. Both sides can use it independently and do not interfere with each other. )

3. Either party shall not use it for improper purposes. This restriction is more for photographers. Photographers can't spoof photos and sell them as small advertisements for adult products. , it will cause personal or personality damage to adzuki beans.
