When I first read "Disqualification in the World", I was so heartbroken by the miserable and tragic Daye that I couldn't breathe.
When I relived it again, I was shocked to realize that most of Daye's life was self-inflicted.
1
Daye is the son of an official family who is envied by everyone.
Judging from the technical aspect of reincarnation alone, he was very successful. As a young master from an official family, because "maids would come up to him after school and ask him if he was hungry," he had never experienced hunger since he was a child, and was what he called a "non-human being."
In this way, those of us who endure hunger and help our families work in the fields after school, those who often suffer from hunger and cold, are "normal human beings" ".
This Daye, who derogates himself as "not qualified to be a member of the human race", reduces his dignified son-in-law to a little boy who is always smiling: he tries his best to please everyone and tries his best to make a smile. These behaviors include toward the maid in one's own home. He tries his best to do all kinds of funny things to make others laugh and entertain them.
In order to please teachers and classmates at school, he would tell exaggerated jokes, do weird actions, and even deliberately fall and hurt himself in physical education class to make classmates laugh.
In the end, he became the grotesque figure in the family portrait, whose smile was even uglier than his cry: his smile was quite weird, scary, and completely unaware.
Harlequins pretend to be real.
If we talk about my childhood life, it’s because of my family of origin!
What about adult life?

I personally think reading makes sense.
But when this sentence was applied to Daye, it enriched his notebook and flooded his life.
Daye likes reading books the most. But Daye never understood the meaning of "being a human being" throughout his life.
At the age of eighteen, he left the control of his parents, became a boarding student in the school, and befriended a poor boy who was nostalgic for a prostitute. He only has one purpose in befriending Daye. Daye is a young master who has rich pocket money. As long as Daye is brought to this road, someone will pay for every affair he has.
-------As expected, he never paid once when he took Daye in and out of the Fireworks Restaurant.
-------Of course Daye saw through all this, but he still fell willingly.
He who does not know is not guilty, but he who has seen through it and indulges in it is a grave sin.
In this kind of place, Daye met a waitress whose name he couldn't even remember. This was an ugly and poor woman that even his poor classmate despised, but she became Daye's bed partner at night. Until she pulled Daye to jump into the sea and commit suicide.
Daye, who was picked up by the police, was hyped by the media with added fuel and jealousy because he was the son of a noble family. The father cut off all his pocket money.
He went from being a playboy to a poor boy with no food and clothing, overnight.
Daye has a melancholy and handsome face, which makes it easy to win the favor of women. Down and out, he became the pretty boy kept by Jingzi. Compared with the depravity of the first woman, Jingzi is a single mother who has both good looks and financial resources. The little child called Daye's father and regarded him as his father. In order to take care of Daye's self-esteem, Jingzi, who works as an editor, found him an illustration job. This job has become his most important source of income since then.
It wasn’t until I read the last page of the book that I felt that Jingzi was the only most suitable partner among the many women in Daye’s life. Her love for Daye is full but not overflowing, neither humble nor overbearing, guiding and very healthy!
Jingzi was originally a sailboat sent by God to save Daye.
But was abandoned by him!
Daye is very nervous and feels that he is too bad and will rot away the normal and beautiful life of Jingzi, mother and daughter.
Therefore, he continued to go back to the tavern and died in a drunken dream.
Because he could not repay the wine he had borrowed for a long time, he was forced by the proprietress of the tavern to agree to his marriage. Pay back the wine money with your body.
If you blame it on careless friends and going astray for the first time.
Then this time, you are willing to fall and take the blame on yourself.
3
Daye has never been abandoned by God. He will always be treated warmly by women from good families in his life.
A young man who was drunk all day long and had an unkempt appearance was attracted by the daughter of a cigarette shop owner from a good family.
Liangzi said: If you can quit drinking, I will marry you.
Daye looked at her virginity and felt that Liangzi was the only virgin around him.
He agreed.
In his heart, what he valued and wanted to marry was Liangzi's virginity, not Liangzi the person.
To put it bluntly, he wants to sleep with a virgin. But the virgin's condition was that he should give up drinking and sleep legally.
Daye is a rotten tree that is about to rot to the roots. He has played with all kinds of life in life and death, except virginity and marriage.
Therefore, in his book, he did not feel any joy when he got married.
--------This is an insult to Liangzi.
Liangzi and Daye both have the same character flaw, they do not know how to refuse.
Daye doesn’t know how to reject any peacock who opens his tail to him, and Liangzi doesn’t know how to reject anyone of the opposite sex who “shows good” to her.
So the women around Daye are like crucian carp crossing the river.
That’s why Liangzi tolerated it and didn’t resist when an old man stretched out his claws on her. It was obvious that her husband and the poor friend were upstairs, but as long as she let out a little shout, everything would change.
Everything has changed!
Daye witnessed "the scene of two animals entangled together" when a poor friend called him.
Daye's character never gives rise to great joy in great joy, but it is easy to give rise to despair in great sorrow.
The prodigal son once again sold himself to a tavern. This time, because of a rope of despair, I sank very quickly and completely.
From alcoholism to massive injections of morphine, to hemoptysis and diagnosis of tuberculosis, Daye's body sank into another world quickly and decisively.
Until his hair turned gray overnight Watson!
At the age of twenty-seven, he is often mistaken for being in his forties.
This is the result of desecrating life.

"Disqualification in the World" is the devastating masterpiece of the Japanese writer Osamu Dazai. He used the name Daye as a metaphor for his life.
"Disqualification as a Human Being" is the original name of "Disqualification in the World", but I seem to like its original name better.
At the end of the book, when Daye received the news of his father's passing, his whole body went limp: the "nervousness of being a human being" that had followed him all his life suddenly disappeared.
From his metaphor, it seems that the father is the root of the outcome of life.
There are only a few clues about family, siblings, and parents in his books, mostly about wine and women. I used to think that it was his father and his family of origin that caused him so much that he suffered deplorable consequences.
Looking back at it again, I don’t think so!
There is no wonderful native place in this world. It is either rough, harsh, selfish, or spoiled to the point of disaster. Rarely is the original state just right.
Although the original question is a single-choice question, life is a multiple-choice question. A person as sad as Daye would not be able to find a good choice like Jingzi, but he knew there were some people he couldn't marry, yet he married them anyway. As an educated, independent-thinking adult, you should add your own color to the original black and white. This is worthy of being a human being! Just like the two children who witnessed their father domestic violence against their mother in childhood, the eldest thought that when I grow up, I should treat my wife well and not make her as miserable as my mother. The second thought that men can beat women like this.
In the final analysis, the biggest foundation lies in your own thoughts.
After completing "Disqualification in the World", Osamu Dazai's tuberculosis had worsened and he was so weak from hemoptysis that he committed suicide at the age of 39 together with the female readers who admired him.
Osamu Dazai still could not escape from the proposition he had personally checked.
In fact, many cutscenes in this ending can be avoided.
It is said that many writers tend to be a bit eccentric in their personalities.
The more you think, the more you will be rich.
Easy to be extreme, like cliffs to hurt spring and autumn.
Prefer to classify yourself as "different".
But ignored the extreme peak
--------It is "pathological".
