2) It is expected that the ambassadors participating in the communication can: pay attention to and understand the real individual left-behind children in this simple, true and profound way, exchange life experiences with them, share joys and sorrows, and gain sincere friendship; Perceive the psychological needs of left-behind children, and achieve "sincerity, equality and sharing" in the process of communicating with them, and at the same time get satisfaction; In this process, we constantly improve ourselves and grow ourselves. —— The project is implemented regularly, and the process is as follows:
1. Project activity: Choose rural schools (across Guangdong and Hunan provinces, implement 14 schools) with a high proportion of left-behind children in winter vacation, and conduct publicity and research on the group of left-behind children who need to listen most-Grade One. Communicate with local government and school teachers to get their support and help;
2. Recruitment of communication ambassadors in colleges and universities: after determining the number of children enrolled, conduct publicity, interview and pairing for the recruitment of communication ambassadors for college students;
3. Ambassador training: After pairing, invite adolescent psychologists to explain the physiological and psychological characteristics of teenagers and the skills of communicating with teenagers, so that ambassadors can better understand the psychological characteristics and needs of left-behind children. The blue envelope team explained the communication skills and the role orientation of the ambassador, and promoted the concept of "sincerity, equality and sharing" in the blue envelope;
4. Communication management and supervision (1 year): the team members register in shifts to receive and send by ambassadors;
5. Review and evaluation of the project site (summer camp): During the summer vacation, various activities were carried out at the project site, such as compulsory education, group training games, group psychological counseling, exchange review (project evaluation), etc. 1. Pay attention to spiritual communication:
Oppose preaching and advocate making friends with left-behind children on the basis of "sincerity, equality and sharing", helping each other and growing together.
2. Participatory development:
Pay attention to the experience of left-behind children and ambassadors. That is, the two parties participate in the communication process, and the blue envelope is only responsible for communication maintenance, that is, sending and receiving letters in the first year and providing necessary consultation, training and sharing activities.
3. Detailed sociological research report:
-The research report focuses on the needs of left-behind children, mainly involving two research methods: questionnaire and interview.
1) From the classification point of view, there are one-on-one individual interviews and group interviews for group training, which are usually combined; There are interviews with teachers, guardians and students.
2) As far as the function is concerned, on the one hand, it can promote college students to understand the specific situation of left-behind children in the project area, which is helpful to improve and improve the project; On the other hand, it can also narrow the distance between college students and left-behind children, narrow the distance between the "blue envelope" and left-behind children, and let them feel our face-to-face concern.
4. Professional volunteer training:
1) About trainers: There are three kinds of people, one is the instructor with rich experience in the direction of child development psychology-lecture training, the other is the blue envelope project team member with long-term field research experience and exchange experience-lecture sharing training, and the third is the ambassador with blue envelope exchange experience for more than one year-experience sharing training.
2) About the training stage: it is divided into prophase, metaphase and anaphase, corresponding to before writing the first letter, after communication for half a year and after communication for one year.
5. Long-term activities:
We require volunteers to keep in touch with their children for at least 1 year. At present, the longest communication time is three years. Such long-term persistence can not be separated from our strict interview screening, professional training, timely sharing and strong communication and maintenance in the first year.
6. Strong feasibility and reproducibility:
The "Blue Envelope" project operates periodically, and the operation mode is easy to copy, emphasizing innovation on the basis of retaining the backbone. That is, the operation cycle of a blue envelope project, no matter how innovative the details and implementation are, generally has to go through the following four links: project activities (recruiting children)-recruitment, pairing and training of volunteers (blue envelope ambassadors)-communication and maintenance in schools-regular return visits to the project (effect evaluation).
