1. First, make sure that you have downloaded and installed Hello Voice. If it is not installed, please search "Hello Voice" in the App Store to download and install it.

2. Open Hello voice and enter the main interface. In the upper left corner of the main interface, you can see a setting button, click it.

3. On the Settings page, find the option of "Earphone Back Listening" and click.

4. On the earphone listening page, you will see a switch. Turn on the switch and turn on the earphone listening function.
