1. If you work in an enterprise that has established a trade union, you can apply to the enterprise trade union organization to join and become a trade union member. When an employee applies for membership orally or in writing, he/she fills in the Application Form for Membership of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Registration Form for Trade Union Members, and becomes a member after being approved by the grass-roots trade union, and issues a membership card to the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The membership fee is 0.5% of my salary.

In view of the scattered mobility of workers, especially migrant workers, grass-roots trade unions can simplify the membership procedures and organize workers into trade unions to the maximum extent through collective registration, labor market membership, street and social direct membership. Labor dispatch workers can join the labor union of labor intermediary companies. If the labor service company has not established a trade union, it can be recruited by the employer according to the factual labor relationship. Article 1 of Chapter 1 of China's Trade Union Constitution stipulates: "All manual workers and mental workers whose main source of livelihood is wages in enterprises, institutions, institutions and institutions in China, regardless of nationality, race, sex, occupation, religious belief and education level, can join the trade union and become members." If the enterprise where the employees work has not established a trade union organization, they may apply to the street or town trade union or industrial trade union to which the enterprise belongs and join the trade union organization under their guidance.
