How should discipline inspection and supervision cadres deal with new challenges in investigating and handling cases? We should further strengthen and improve the investigation and handling of cases with a firm attitude and effective measures. Take a clear-cut stand, stand firm, be confident, and do a good job unswervingly. It is necessary to focus on the center, serve the overall situation, highlight key points, and concentrate on seriously investigating and handling a number of influential cases of major violations of discipline and law. It is necessary to actively study the inherent law of anti-corruption investigation work and explore the use of flexible investigation methods to continuously improve the overall level of investigation work. The second is to adhere to the consciousness of unified leadership of the party Committee. Under the unified leadership of the Party Committee, the investigation and handling of cases of violation of discipline and law should be included in the important agenda of the work of the Party Committee and the government. Discipline inspection and supervision organs have the functions of protection, punishment, supervision and education. After a case is investigated, only half of the work has been completed. We must pay attention to the second half of the work. We should help the case-issuing unit to establish rules and regulations, plug loopholes, strengthen internal management and prevent similar problems from happening again. The third is to do a good job in warning education. Doing a good job in warning education is a prerequisite for preventing corruption. Discipline inspection and supervision cadres should give full play to and make use of the advantages of handling cases by discipline in anti-corruption investigation, and carefully select typical cases as the materials for warning education for the cadres in party member, so that the cadres in party member can understand the situation clearly, receive education from them, improve their ideological understanding and enhance their ability to resist corruption and prevent degeneration.
