That year, I had just started working not long ago. There is a state of being in Cao's camp and in Han's heart. I felt tired and numb about my job, and wanted to leave my job, but I couldn't find my position and direction.

Until one day, I opened the Tencent Classroom on mobile AAP and listened to an open class on pattern. From that point on, I started to understand the pattern. That year, I tried it for the first time during the Spring Festival. I listened to classes for several nights in a row.

Later, not long after, I signed up for a course in Gefa. Because this is my first time taking this kind of class and I have never been exposed to this field. So, in June of 2017, I went to Guangzhou and worked in a relative’s company. The reason why I choose to work in a relative's company is because I just went to a first-tier city and I am not familiar with the place. I need to spend money everywhere, so I will work there temporarily.

After working in a relative’s company for about half a year, I chose to resign. Because I don’t want to waste time and energy there, it won’t make me grow. Yes, I used my first job as a springboard when I first came to Guangzhou.

After leaving my job, I studied in retreat at home for two months. Those two months were more self-indulgent. Besides studying, I just went out and made friends. Two months later, I went to work in a company owned by my cousin-in-law.

Working, on the one hand, is to support oneself, and on the other hand, it is to make new attempts and find one's own position and direction. In my cousin's company, apart from working during the day, I spent the rest of my time studying. In the first half year of coming to Biaosao's company, my learning style was that of studying alone, and I had not yet been exposed to the training camp learning style.

Until 2019, I began to spend a lot of time studying online. Slowly, I met Uncle Cat, Uncle Qiuye, and Teacher March. As I got to know them, I also signed up for their training camps one after another.

At that time, when I first came into contact with community operations, I had some concerns: Is this career in community operations suitable for me? Will it be like what I learned before, always in a state of wavering, unable to completely decide on this career?

Fortunately, starting from the second half of 2019, I participated in various training camps while learning the knowledge of community operations. In the process of improving my operational capabilities, my abilities began to slowly improve. From the initial single-point breakthrough, to later, trading and operating a community.

I have known Teacher Zhao for four years. In the past four years, when I participated in the early courses of Gege, I also participated in offline classes and offline gatherings. In the past four years, I have listened to Mr. Zhao’s career development courses for almost three years.
