When handling the marriage registration, the following personnel need to produce proof materials
1. If mainland residents are collective accounts and cannot provide the original home page of the household registration book, they can provide a copy of the home page stamped with the official seal of the household registration book storage unit and the original page of themselves; If the resident ID card is expired or lost, it can be handled with a valid temporary id card.
If the marital status of the parties is divorced or widowed, and the content of "marital status" in the permanent residence booklet is inconsistent with the actual marital status, the corresponding divorce certificate or widowed certificate shall be submitted at the same time.
2. Servicemen shall submit the marriage registration certificate issued by the Political Department at or above the regiment level;
3. Hong Kong residents shall submit a statement notarized by a notary agency entrusted by Hong Kong that they have no spouse and no direct blood relationship with each other and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
4. Macao residents shall submit a declaration notarized by Macao notary office that they have no spouse, no direct blood relationship with each other and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
5. Residents of Taiwan Province Province shall submit a statement notarized by a notary office in Taiwan Province Province that they have no spouse and no direct blood relationship with each other and collateral blood relationship within three generations.
The statement in the preceding paragraph notarized by the Notary Office of Taiwan Province Province, which is entrusted by a resident of Taiwan Province Province to a third party, is acceptable to the marriage registration authority.
6. Overseas Chinese should submit a certificate issued by the notary office or competent authority of the host country and certified by the people's Republic of China and the embassy (consulate) of China in that country that they have no spouse and no lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives within three generations, or a certificate issued by the people's Republic of China and the embassy (consulate) of China in that country that they have no spouse and collateral blood relatives within three generations.
7. Foreigners should submit a certificate issued by the notary office or competent authority of the host country and certified by the people of China and the embassy (consulate) of China or the embassy (consulate) of China in that country that they have no spouse, or that they have no spouse.
