Traps in interpersonal communication
When making new friends, people tend to follow two principles. The first principle is narcissism. People like to associate with people who are similar to themselves. For example, I come from your hometown, and we have a good relationship. We have enemies with common interests. You see, the process of making friends is controlled by this narcissistic principle, so all the friends we make are people similar to us.

The second principle is laziness. We just want to make friends with people close to us, such as colleagues in the company. If we get close, we will get to know each other. If we leave, we will become estranged. When we combine these two principles, it is easy to fall into an interpersonal trap.

When the social circle narrows, we only like to associate with people who like us and can't see the real world, so we should learn to break the interpersonal trap.
