Yes Starting from 20 14, Zhenjiang will implement "two exemptions" for key special care recipients to take Zhenjiang bus and enjoy the park free of charge. The key entitled groups can enjoy this preferential policy with the "Zhenjiang Key Entitled Groups Preferential Card" issued by Zhenjiang Civil Affairs Bureau. You can take the bus for free with a discount card.
