Before the deadline, in addition to five cities (Ili, Lanzhou, Dalian, Fushun and Huludao) and eight provinces (Guizhou, Sichuan, Anhui, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong and Xinjiang), there are still 17 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and more than 100 cities that have not lifted the relocation restrictions.

Liaoning province

Shenyang: Vehicles registered for the first time 1 year and used for freight transportation, vehicles registered for the first time for more than 3 years are not allowed to move in; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Dandong: Vehicles registered for more than 4 years for the first time and used for freight transportation, vehicles registered for more than 5 years for the first time are not allowed to move in; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Fushun: National 4 emission standard; Those who have registered for the first time for more than 5 years shall not move in; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Huludao: National 4 emission standard; All kinds of taxis and buses have been registered for 3 years, and all kinds of freight vehicles have been registered for 4 years, so they are not allowed to move in.

Chaoyang: National 4 emission standard; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Dalian: National 4 emission standard; Rental, lease vehicles, carburetor cars and related small passenger and freight vehicles registered for 4 years and other vehicles registered for 5 years are not allowed to move in.

Benxi: Carburetors and minibuses that are leased, operated, leased or operated to non-vehicles are not allowed to move in.

Anshan: National 4 emission standard; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee; Vehicles registered for more than 5 years for the first time are not allowed to move in.

Jinzhou: National 4 emission standard; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Liaoyang: National 4 emission standard; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Yingkou: National 4 emission standard; If it does not meet the standards, the buyer shall issue a letter of guarantee.

Panjin: National 4 emission standard; Vehicles, registered taxis, operating buses and taxis used during the delayed retirement period shall not be transferred to non-operation.

Tieling: National 4 emission standard; Motor vehicles that have not obtained the green environmental protection inspection mark are not allowed to move in, such as registered taxis and operating buses.
