1. download and install the PP assistant on the computer.

2. connect to the computer using the data cable and open the PP assistant.

3. click "genuine application" in the left column.

4. Then click the "Repair Flashback Pop-up" button in the upper right corner.

5. just wait for the repair to be completed.
