Language class fees of the University of Auckland
In ELA, the language center of the University of Auckland, students not only use textbooks, but also combine English learning with extracurricular cultural activities. Basic College English Certificate: NZ $1,15 (21 weeks, 4 hours)

Language courses at the University of Auckland
As the only English Language Institute directly affiliated to the University of Auckland, ELA offers the following three through-train courses for college English to help students improve their academic English skills, including shorthand of learning points, writing academic reports and papers, preparing for exams, professional academic vocabulary and oral communication and expression skills. Students who have successfully completed the English through train course and achieved the required final exam results can enter the University of Auckland or other universities in New Zealand without taking IELTS or other similar exams.
1. Basic Certificate of College Academic English. The Basic Certificate of Academic English (FcertEAP) is a 21-week direct college English course. After completing this course and achieving the required final exam results, students can enter the University of Auckland or other universities in New Zealand to study undergraduate, master and doctoral courses with academic IELTS scores not higher than 7. without taking IELTS or other similar exams.
2. The English direct course for undergraduates of Auckland University. The 1-week EPUS is designed for students who want to enter the University of Auckland or some other universities in New Zealand to study all academic IELTS courses, and the score is below 7.. Students who successfully pass the course and reach the required score do not need to take IELTS or other similar exams.
3. The direct English course for graduate students at the University of Auckland. The University of Auckland (EPPS) 1-week Intensive English Course for Postgraduates is designed for students who want to enter the University of Auckland or some other universities in New Zealand to study all academic courses with IELTS score above 7.. Students who successfully pass the course and reach the required score do not need to take IELTS or other similar exams.
