Chapter two? Teaching qualification
Article 6 New teachers must participate in pre-job training, master the basic content, key points and difficulties of the course, as well as teaching methods and means, and give a trial lecture under the guidance of the instructor and according to the requirements of the proposed course syllabus. Only after the approval of the dean (director) can we obtain the qualification of course lecturer.
Article 7 A lecturer refers to a teacher who can independently undertake undergraduate teaching work, has a good professional ethics and style, is diligent and dedicated, is a teacher by example, has a high professional level and has rich teaching experience. A lecturer shall meet the following conditions:
(a) to obtain the qualifications of teachers in institutions of higher learning;
(two) lecturers and teachers with a master's degree or above or a series of titles in this major or similar majors;
(3) Newly hired teachers must participate in the pre-job training organized by the school and obtain the Certificate of Pre-job Training.
Article 8 The appointment of lecturers shall be undertaken by secondary colleges (departments) at the beginning of each semester. The applicant applies to the college (department), and the college (department) organizes an assessment team to assess the applicant's lectures, lesson preparation, classroom teaching and practical teaching, and reviews the degree certificate, professional title certificate, college teacher qualification certificate and pre-job training certificate to form the conclusion of the college (department) and report it to the Personnel Department and the Academic Affairs Office for the record.
Article 9? Newly-opened teachers should consciously study around the courses offered, and listen to the courses taught by other teachers inside and outside the school completely before or during the course, or learn the online courses with the same name through the online teaching system, participate in relevant training and further study, and pay attention to the new knowledge, new technologies and new achievements in the fields to which the courses belong. Teachers who set up new classes or new courses must give a trial lecture in the department (teaching and research section) before the class starts, and the class can be started only after the trial lecture is qualified.
Article 10 Teachers who undertake the teaching tasks of professional core courses should have a master's degree or a doctor's degree, among which teachers with a master's degree must have the title of lecturer or above.
Article 11? In principle, teachers who undertake practical teaching tasks should have a master's degree or above or an intermediate title, and have strong practical ability and the ability to guide students. Teachers who undertake the teaching task of theoretical courses must undertake the experimental teaching task of corresponding courses.

Chapter three? Teaching preparation

If the reserve teaching materials cannot be provided in time for some reason, teachers should prepare the teaching syllabus in time to ensure the normal development of teaching activities.
Sixteenth teachers should combine the requirements of the syllabus, in-depth study of teaching materials and reference books, integrate and update the teaching content, choose appropriate teaching methods and means, and prepare teaching AIDS.
Article 17? Teachers should attach importance to the collective research of grass-roots teaching organizations (teaching and research sections, etc.). ) in preparing lessons, brainstorm, learn from each other's strengths and improve together. The curriculum, teaching progress and main contents of parallel classes should be unified.
Chapter four? Theoretical course teaching
Eighteenth teachers should prepare lessons and organize teaching in accordance with the teaching objectives, content system, teaching requirements and assessment methods stipulated in the syllabus; Make a reasonable and standardized teaching schedule, upload it to the designated website within 2 weeks of the start of school, and release it to students at the same time.
Nineteenth teachers' teaching plan writing should conform to the norms, be consistent with the syllabus, highlight the key points and difficulties, rationally design teaching methods and teaching processes, and carry out targeted after-school teaching.
Twentieth teachers should organize teaching in strict accordance with the curriculum, teaching materials, teaching syllabus, teaching plan, teaching schedule, peacetime record and other complete teaching materials.
Twenty-first teachers should be serious, energetic, infectious, well dressed and dignified in class. The blackboard is clear, the handwriting is neat, the PPT is illustrated and well-made, and the lecture is not announced according to the book (screen).
Twenty-second teachers' teaching methods should be flexible and diverse, rich in teaching means, clear in explanation, reflecting new ideas, new concepts and new achievements, inspiring, integrating theory with practice, and naturally integrating ideological and political elements into classroom teaching.
Twenty-third teachers should standardize classroom teaching responsibilities, implement the classroom attendance system, strengthen the management of classroom teaching order, and pay attention to students' classroom learning. After-class homework is moderate, and homework correction is serious, standardized and timely.

2. Complete the teaching tasks according to the requirements of article 15-20 of theoretical course teaching.

Article 30? Curriculum design is an important way to cultivate students' comprehensive application of knowledge to solve practical engineering problems and innovative design ability. Thirty-sixth teachers should assign homework with appropriate weight according to the nature and requirements of the course, and carefully correct the homework. Thirty-ninth teachers should arrive at the teaching place in advance and make good preparations before class, attend classes and finish classes on time, and must not be late, leave early or delay classes. Communication tools are not allowed during class.

(2) Teaching schedule and teaching plan

Forty-fifth teachers should actively participate in all kinds of teaching evaluation work at all levels, take the initiative to learn the requirements of teaching evaluation indicators, and have the obligation to accept the inspection and evaluation of their teaching work by leaders, peers, experts and students, and do a good job in sorting out and summarizing the evaluation materials.
Chapter 9? supplementary terms
