2. Create a new layer on it, pull out the selection and pull out the gradient. The gradient can be from dark to light, or from a certain color to transparent.

3.ctrl+J copies a layer and flips it horizontally.

4. Move the two color blocks to the two sides of the text respectively, and right-click the two layers to create a clipping mask.

5. Bring up the frame animation panel and create a new frame.

6. Move the two color blocks to the middle of the second frame.

7. Number of transition frames created.

If the text goes from both sides to the middle, it is two words, one word at a time. Move two words to both sides, create a frame animation, create a new frame, move two words to the middle, and add a transition frame.
