At the symposium on urbanization docking in Zhengzhou-Bian, the two cities agreed to speed up the planning and construction of Zhengzhou-Bian Expressway, speed up the construction of an international logistics center and a national logistics hub, and speed up the construction of a pilot demonstration zone in the southern Weishi-Airport port area, and mentioned that Weishi could not be demolished without being included in the port area.

Weishi county is located in the eastern Henan plain and belongs to Kaifeng City, Henan Province. It is connected to Tongxu County and Fugou County in the east, Yanling County and changge city in the south, xinzheng city in the west and Xiangfu District and zhongmou county in the north.
