Zhanjiang City is located at the southernmost tip of mainland China and the Leizhou Peninsula in the southwest of Guangdong Province. It is located at the intersection of the three provinces (districts) of Guangdong, Guangxi and Qiongzhou. Zhanjiang Port is now the largest port in western Guangdong and the Beibu Gulf region. It has the country's first 300,000-ton oil terminal, a 150,000-ton modern iron ore terminal and the deepest channel in South China. It can enter and exit by tide with more than 150,000 tons. ship.
