One is that the traditional manufacturing units are facing the need of technological upgrading, and are in urgent need of automation professionals, such as coal mine equipment manufacturing units, environmental protection equipment manufacturing units and intelligent equipment units. Such units generally need people with many years of relevant professional experience. Such talents are hard to find. For example, the year before last, I wanted to recruit two professionals who can use PLC programming and understand drawing design, and it took half a year to recruit them. Of course, the salary is not cheap. The other is the emerging high-tech enterprises in recent years. For example, many robot manufacturing enterprises have been introduced into our city, and a large number of automation professionals are needed, both for front-line automation majors and for high-end automation technology. Of course, the salary is also different. This kind of organization is a good choice for newly graduated automation students.
Of course, the choice of units or positions should also be considered from their own conditions or hobbies. Some are suitable for automation research and development, and some are suitable for automation equipment maintenance, but they cannot be ambitious or unrealistic.
