Never go to Hebi. This is a poor place. No one can make a fortune there. Personally, I think Jiyuan should be similar. Although Hebi is on the Beijing-Guangzhou line, the enterprises there can't. On the other hand, Jiyuan, the enterprises are quite good/Sanmenxia is not clear, but I think it is better than Hebi.
