Hehe is a local variety formed by long-term artificial selection, mainly consisting of coarse grains such as rice and corn, which is suitable for stocking in natural environments such as orchards, bamboo mountains and pine forests. Hejiang contains a lot of protein, which is suitable in fat, tender in meat, thin in skin and sweet in soup. The mouth, feet and skin are yellow, the feathers on the neck, wings and tail are black, and the feathers in other places are golden yellow and shiny; It has high nutritional value and contains eleven amino acids necessary for protein and human body. In 2006, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine approved the protection of geographical indication products in Changting River.
Hehe fully conforms to the characteristics of high-quality yellow-feather broilers, and their body types can be divided into different types. The whole body feathers and gaskin are yellow, the feathers are mainly light yellow, the tail feathers and sickle feathers are shiny black, the sickle feathers are very short, the main wing feathers are black with Phnom Penh, the basic color of the beak is brown, and the tip of the beak is light yellow.
