1. After installing the auxiliary software of VPDN on the CD, click My Network Neighborhood on the desktop and right-click Properties to open the network connection window. Select Create New Connection in the network task window, open the New Connection Wizard, and then click Next.

2. Select Connect to my workplace network, and then click Next.

3. Select "Virtual Private Network Connection" and click "Next";

4. Give the established connection any name, such as VPDN, and then click Next;

5. Select "Do not dial the initial connection", and then click "Next"

6. Enter the server address of VPDN, 202.96.97.241for Hangzhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing and Taizhou, and 202.96.97.240 for other regions. Then click "Next";

7. Select "Add Shortcut to My Desktop" and click "Finish";

8. In the dialing window that pops up, click "Properties" with the left mouse button;

9. Click the Security tab, select Advanced (Custom Settings) below, and then click Settings.

10. Select No Encryption in data encryption and No Encryption Password (PAP) in Allow these protocols, check the remaining options, and then click OK;

1 1. Click the Network tab, select L2TP IPsec VPN in VPN type, and then click OK.

12. Restart the computer.

13. Double-click the "VPDN Virtual Connection" icon on the desktop and enter your VPDN account and password to connect.
