To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Licheng District, the "Continuation of Licheng County Records" was officially released recently. This is another fruitful achievement of cultural construction in this area. In order to further excavate and sort out the history of Licheng, since 2005, experts and scholars from Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, Jinan Academy of Social Sciences and Jinan Publishing House, under the careful planning of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, have compiled a book, Licheng County Records, which was revised in the thirty-sixth year of Qianlong and the fifteenth year of the Republic of China, with high academic status, according to the reading habits of modern people.
