A problem about reading the general history of the world
A high school graduate's suggestion: The general history of the world is good, but the education in China is exam-oriented education! It is helpful to read more books, but people who know more about liberal arts will have an advantage (I mean in exam results) even if they have not read these extracurricular books. Also, after high school, studies will be very tight, and there is little time to read extracurricular books. You should study hard during the holidays. Finally, if you can borrow a history teacher's book for high school teachers, you can have a good look. I think it is very useful. At least it is more useful than those extra-curricular books in dealing with exams. The key is to think while studying. I wish you progress in high school!
