Famous historical teacher
China has a tradition of respecting teachers and valuing Taoism since ancient times, from "respecting teachers means being rich and poor" in Lu Chunqiu, to "ancient scholars must be strict with teachers before respecting them" by Ouyang Xiu, and to "respecting teachers is more important than learning" by Tan Sitong, all of which reflect the respect and love of the ancients for teachers. In the history of more than two thousand years in China, there are many famous Chinese teachers. Behind every glorious era, there are those teachers. Many people in history once had the same identity, that is, students.

There is no doubt that Confucius is the most influential teacher with the largest number of students in the history of China. In terms of personal achievements, there are 3,000 disciples of Confucius and 72 sages, which can be described as peaches and plums all over the world. Confucius revised the Six Classics of Poetry, Calligraphy, Ceremony, Music, Book of Changes and Spring and Autumn Period. When he was alive, he was honored as a "saint of heaven", and later rulers honored him as the saint, the most holy and the most holy teacher of Confucius, and he became the teacher of the king of Shengxuan from generation to generation. "Confucius Sacrificial Ceremony" once became a "big sacrifice" at the same level as China's ancestor worship. Confucius is the only scholar who has won this honor. Judging from Confucius' contribution to society, he initiated the wind of private learning, advocated "teaching without distinction" and advocated benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and faith. His thoughts have a far-reaching influence on China and even the whole world. Confucius holds a high position in the disciples' minds. Disciple Yan Yuan once praised the teacher: "The higher you hold it, the harder you drill, the more you look forward and the more you walk back, the more attractive you will be to follow. Bo I write, beg me to be polite, I can't stop "(The Analects of Confucius). Zi Han) Zhu, a neo-Confucian in the Song Dynasty, praised Confucius to the altar with the phrase "Heaven will not be born, and the earth will last as long as night".

In fact, although there are myths about Confucius throughout the ages, the real Confucius is even more admirable. He is a brave pathfinder. He struggled with his profound thoughts in the foggy years, and behind him were countless descendants and scholars. Confucius is not a god, he is a teacher and enlightener of the Chinese nation, which is actually desirable and respectable.

Of course, at that time, Confucius was not the only famous teacher. No matter Lao Zi, Zhuangzi or later Mencius and Xunzi, they were all the greatest enlighteners of the Chinese nation.

It is said that Confucius once paid tribute to Laozi and benefited a lot. After Confucius returned to Lu, his disciples asked him how he was. Confucius replied, "I have seen Lao Tzu, but is it still a dragon?" Knowledge is unfathomable, and interest is high and difficult to know; As a snake bends and stretches at any time, as a dragon changes in time. Lao Dan, it is really my teacher! "Laozi, who can be Confucius' teacher and let Confucius sincerely admire, is really worthy of the evaluation of a famous teacher.

Even if the story of Confucius' courtesy to Laozi is just a legend, it does not prevent him and Zhuangzi from being the ideological mentors of countless people. Tao Te Ching and Xiaoyao Tour are both peerless classics, and even after their success, many scholars still hold them in high esteem.

Compared with Laozi and Zhuangzi, Xunzi is more like a teacher. He is indeed a good teacher. Both Lisi and Han Xin taught by Xunzi are representatives of Legalism, which makes Xunzi criticized. Many people say that he is a failed Confucian teacher. However, the existence of Reese and Han Fei actually shows that Xunzi is a qualified teacher. He doesn't care if his disciples are deviant. He just passed on his thoughts and knowledge to his disciples. After Reese finished his studies, Xunzi asked him what his plans were. Li Si said that he wanted to go to the State of Qin. Xunzi didn't interfere. He just respects students' choices. As a master of Confucianism, Xunzi has taught students like Li Si and Han Fei, which is the real "teaching without class".

But Confucius, Laozi and Xunzi are all too far away from us. Song Lian is more like a strict but conscientious teacher around us. Song Lian is a tireless scholar and an ardent persuader of teaching. Song Lian's famous preface to seeing Ma Sheng off to Yang inspired many students to work hard. Until now, his articles are still like a good teacher, persuading students to study hard. Song Lian was born in poverty, but studied tirelessly, and eventually became a literate scholar and a teacher of the Prince. After making a fortune, Song Lian still leads a totally clean life. He wrote on the door: "I would rather starve to death than live for profit." Song Lian has been practicing the eight words of "filial piety, younger brother, loyalty, faithfulness, propriety, righteousness, honesty and shame" all his life, and also used these eight words to teach students, which is quite a saint. "Ming History" quoted: "True Confucianism is fortunate, it can be a teacher, and coaching performances is more useful."

Song Like Lian, a noble teacher who is famous for his righteousness, and Guiguzi, a fairy wizard who is famous for his skill. There is indeed a Guiguzi in history. He has profound knowledge, wisdom of heaven, vertical and horizontal skills, and a tendency to combine rigidity with softness. Guiguzi left little pen and ink in history, and only Guiguzi was circulated in the world, but his talent can be seen through his disciples. Military strategists Sun Bin, Pang Juan, strategists Su Qin, Zhang Yi and others are all legendary figures. They are all disciples of Guiguzi, and even the servants of later generations respect Guiguzi as their ancestors.

Huineng is also a genius and an extraordinary teacher. Huineng is a Buddhist master. He is regarded as the sixth ancestor of Zen, and has made great contributions to the development and popularization of Buddhism and Zen in China. Huineng's position in Zen is very lofty. Liu Zongyuan praised him in "The Monument to the Great Master Zen Master": "All the words of Zen are based on Cao. Dajian has been dead for six years, and there are more than ten people who are famous for their wide spread. " Huineng has many disciples, and there are countless sects and theories derived from his thoughts. In addition, the spread of Huineng in Lingnan has greatly promoted the development of literature in southern China. However, even such a master can't understand it. Huineng was born in poverty. When she was young, she made a living by collecting firewood. She didn't go to school and was born illiterate. However, Huineng has excellent understanding. He didn't understand until he listened to the scripture. He once said to Hong Ren, "Man has no north and south, Buddha has no north and south", which shows how amazing his talent is. Huineng attaches great importance to understanding. He never taught his disciples to memorize, but inspired their minds and made them draw inferences.

In addition to the above, there are many famous teachers in the history of China, such as Neo-Confucianism Zhu, psychologist Wang Yangming and so on. They are all a generation of literati in the literary world, even the founders of Li Jiao. But they all have a common identity, that is, teachers. These conscientious and responsible teachers are the internal reasons why Chinese civilization can continue to this day. They inherited the crystallization of China Thought in the most primitive way. Both Confucius, a "sage", and the real teachers around us today deserve our respect and love.
