The state is the tool of the economically dominant class ruling class. Class is the fundamental attribute of a country. There is a certain geographical management scope, a fixed social organization, a complete government management organization, an army and an independent head of state. The state is an abstract authority, which is based on violence or legitimacy, grows in society and is above society. If we make a list of the internal components of a country according to its scope, the orientation of the country is probably: society-politics-state-government, which is an excessive intermediate from abstract concept to entity concept.
