Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration

This open recruitment takes the form of online registration.

2. Applicants must submit the following materials for qualification examination when participating in the review:

(2) Original certificate of highest academic qualifications (provided by previous students);

(3) Original professional and technical qualification certificate (provided by senior professional title);

(4) Original supporting materials for other achievements (1-2 copies);

(3) Evaluation

1. Examination time: According to the registration and qualification examination of applicants, the examination will be organized irregularly.

2. Examination place: Party School of Hainan Provincial Party Committee (Provincial Institute of Administration, Provincial Institute of Socialism)

3. Assessment method: Try to speak.

The specific arrangements are as follows:

(4) Physical examination and inspection

According to the number of recruitment positions and the assessment situation, the leading group for assessment and recruitment determines the candidates to participate in the physical examination according to the assessment results from high to low.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. The physical examination shall be organized by our school (hospital) to hospitals at or above the county level, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by our school (hospital).

If the applicant has any objection to the medical examination results, he may request re-examination within 3 days from the date of receiving the medical examination results.

Choose another medical institution at the same level for a second interview, accompanied by comrades from the discipline inspection department. The re-inspection result shall be subject to the re-inspection conclusion.

According to the results of assessment and physical examination, the candidates are determined in equal amounts.

Mainly to investigate and understand the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and law-abiding, consult personal files and form a written investigation report.

Those who fail to pass the medical examination or inspection or voluntarily give up the medical examination and have job vacancies can be replenished in turn according to the total score from high to low among those who have achieved the assessment results.

(5) Publicity

According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the leading group of examination and employment selects the best candidates to be employed, and after collective discussion and research by the Committee of our school (hospital), it will be publicized on the website of our school (hospital) for 7 days.

If there is any dispute during the publicity period, our school (hospital) will investigate and handle it according to the procedures, and the results of the investigation and handling will be reported to the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hainan Province in time.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, it is determined to be the person to be employed.

(6) Employment

Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or problem after investigation, our school (hospital) will submit the Registration Form of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Hainan Province, the Roster of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Hainan Province, the Assessment Results of the Candidates to be Employed, and the Minutes of the Collective Research Meeting of the Persons to be Employed to the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hainan Province for approval within 10 working days.
