Main responsibilities:
(1) is responsible for the selection, guidance, evaluation, declaration, supervision and management of China World Cultural Heritage Project, and drafting relevant laws and regulations.
(2) Evaluate and review the preparatory list of China World Cultural Heritage, and implement dynamic management of the preparatory list.
(3) Responsible for the monitoring and declaration of projects listed in the World Cultural Heritage List.
(4) Review and guide the protection planning of China World Cultural Heritage Site.
(five) to review the scope of protection of the world cultural heritage in China, and the capital construction projects of the construction control zone and buffer zone.
(6) Review other construction projects and blasting, drilling, excavation and other operations within the protection scope of China World Cultural Heritage.
(7) Review the China World Cultural Heritage Restoration Plan; To examine and approve the safety technical prevention project of China World Cultural Heritage. Guide and urge local governments to implement "risk levels" in accordance with national standards.
(eight) to organize and guide the demonstration, design and construction, quality supervision and completion acceptance of the cultural relics protection project of China World Cultural Heritage Site.
(9) Put forward opinions on the annual project and budget arrangement of the cultural relics protection project of China World Cultural Heritage Site.
