Currently, it is not possible to directly query the previously used screen name/nickname.

Methods/steps to modify QQ nicknames:

1: Log in to QQ on your computer.

2. Click the QQ avatar on the QQ panel.

3: The profile page appears, and click Edit Profile, as shown in the figure below:

4. Click Edit Data to enter the editable window, as shown:

5: You can modify the nickname directly in the nickname position.

6: Enter a good nickname and click the "Save" button above to finish.
