At that time, there was a masonry wall in Aoshanwei, with a circumference of about 2.5 kilometers, a wall height of 1 1.6 meters and a thickness of 6 meters. There are four doors in the city, and there are trenches outside the wall. It is an urban fortification that can be attacked and retreated. There are buildings in the city, such as Health Department, Gong Xue, Experience Department, Tibetan Mastiff, Martial Arts Hall and Confucian Temple. Before and after Wei's jurisdiction, there were two places. The former was a thousand garrison households in Fushan North (located in Fushan, Qingdao), and the latter was a thousand garrison households (located in Fengcheng Township). There are more than 3,000 people stationed in the garrison, including the border control army, the Beijing control army, the guarding city army and the wasteland army, and more than 60 civil and military officials such as garrison, commander, thousands of households, hundreds of households and professors. On the southeast coast of the county seat, there are 26 bonfire docks, and the bonfire alarms, and the soldiers and civilians rise to meet the enemy. The establishment of the garrison has played a certain role in defending the coastal defense of the motherland and the safety of people's lives and property. 1734 (the 12th year of Yongzheng, Qing dynasty) abolished the health center, and the territory was still incorporated into Jimo county. Today, Aoshanwei Castle no longer exists, and the West Gate preserved in the ancient city of Xiong Ya is the only Ming Dynasty city defense building in Qingdao.
