Feng Taihou was a famous female politician in ancient China and the granddaughter of Hongfeng, the king of Beiyan. She presided over the Northern Wei regime for many years, carried out the policy of ethnic integration and sinicization, and made important contributions to the development and progress of the Northern Wei Dynasty.
