Use cloud service backup
Open the cloud service application, select "Device Cloud Backup", then enter the "Backup Data Type" page, find the call record and turn on the backup switch. Finally, go back to the previous page and click the "Back Up Now" button to complete the backup.
Use computer backup
Connect the mobile phone to the mutual transmission or vivo mobile assistant on the computer side, and then select "Backup Data"-"Backup" in the corresponding software to view the call records to complete the backup.
Use third-party backup software
Use Baidu network disk, QQ synchronization help and other third-party backup software for backup. These softwares usually support the function of backing up call records.
