In 2005, China Pharmaceutical and Health Products Co., Ltd. and China Tech Trading Co., Ltd. (listed company, stock code: 600056) completed capital integration and started integrated operation; In the same year, the company incorporated Hainan General Sanyo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. into the company's western medicine business management system and formally established a logistics center with a public comprehensive bonded warehouse.
