EVA AIR is an airline founded by Zhang Rongfa, a shipping giant in Taiwan Province Province, China, and its headquarters is located in Nanlang, Luzhu Township, Taoyuan City, Taiwan Province Province, China. It belongs to Evergreen Group with Lirong Airlines, and its main route is in Taiwan Province Island, China.

History of evergreen aviation

EVA Air was formally established in March of 1989 and set sail in July of 199 1. In 2002, EVA Air was listed and traded.

In 2003, EVA Air participated in the first Spring Festival charter flight between Chinese mainland and the Taiwan Province Strait, creating a direct charter flight service between the two sides.

In 2003, EVA Air established the European Freight Center. In 2005, it was selected as the top ten air freight companies in the world in 2004 by the International Air Transport Association.

EVA Air has a good flight safety record. In 2004, German Aviation International magazine selected EVA Air as one of the top ten safe airlines in the world. In 2005, EVA Air became the first company in Taiwan Province Province, China to officially pass the "zero defect, zero suggestion" IOSA.
