When the Sichuan-Guizhou Railway was built after the founding of New China, the original Qijiang Railway from Wucha to Sanjiang was merged into the Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, and the Wucha to Maoertuo section was demolished, leaving only the Sanjiang to Wansheng section, renamed as the 30,000-line, and belonging to the Chongqing Locomotive Depot.
There are three stations along the route.
Qianbazi, Gukouhe and Wansheng (including Wansheng West Station).
The 30,000-kilometer railway is a special railway with freight transportation as the mainstay and passenger transportation as the supplement.
