1. On the homepage of Huawei Mobile Assistant on the computer, click Data Recovery.
2. In the data recovery interface, select the backup record, check the data to be recovered, and click Start Recovery.
3. Enter the backup password, and then click OK.
4. Please don't disconnect before the data recovery is completed. When the data recovery is complete, click Finish.
If you have backed up data through cloud backup before, you can back it up in the following ways:
1. Cloud hosting 10.6.2.300 and above:
Through mobile phone > Huawei account settings, enter account center > cloud hosting > cloud backup > restore data to view the recorded data of cloud backup. You can click on the backup record to restore the data.
2. The following version of cloud hosting 10.6.2.300:
It is recommended that you upgrade the cloud hosting version before trying to recover.
Automatic upgrade: enter the application market > My > Settings > Automatically update the application. If automatic update is set, it will be automatically updated when a new version is released by cloud hosting.
Manual upgrade: enter the application market and search for cloud hosting. If the display on the right is turned on, it is the latest version; If an update is displayed, click Update to upgrade to the latest version.
