According to records, the site of Baiyun Temple in Dayi County, Sichuan Province is an important relic of Buddhist culture in Wuyishan. Founded in the twenty-first year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty. When Zhang Peasant Rebels entered Sichuan in the late Ming Dynasty, Baiyun Temple was destroyed by war, leaving only the base sites such as Zhaobi, Shaman, Great Hall and Guanyin Hall. In 20 13, Chengdu municipal people's government listed it as a municipal cultural relics protection unit.
Baiyun 'an Site is hidden at the foot of Wuyishan in Zhenyuan Village, Xie Yuan Town, Dayi County, with an altitude of1358m, rich vegetation, quiet environment and few people.
Our group drove along the winding mountain road and reached the end of the mountain road, where we could see a stone carving hidden in the bamboo forest. When we walked up the stairs, a simple house came into view. There are several beehives piled up under an old tree in the yard. An old man was sitting in his front yard, tidying the hive with a knife. Our arrival failed to attract her attention, but the barking of dogs broke the peace here, old man. An old woman with white hair, her old face is full of wrinkles, her back is a little hunched, and her hands are black because of long-term labor. I asked with concern, "old woman, are you still working at your age?" The grandmother was still busy with her work and replied, "How can I have food if I don't work?" Grandma's answer left me speechless and I could only smile. Yes, life is not easy. After a few pleasantries, we moved on, and Baiyun Temple was impressive.
At present, the site of Baiyun Temple, lying in the lush forest, with its doors closed and unguarded, looks so desolate and lonely. Just to the left of the incense burner in front of the temple, there is a stone tablet about 2 meters high. The words engraved on it have been blurred after years of wind and sun, but after careful study, we can still see that they are the eight words "the wind is always fanned, and the sun shines." The relief of the dragon lock beads and the twin peaks rising sun on the words is very beautiful.
I stood in front of the stone tablet and looked around quietly. A breeze blew, and the lush ginkgo leaves rustled overhead, as if trying to explain to us the past of these silent stone tablets and archways.
My mind was suddenly interrupted by a phone call. My friend told me to continue walking along the mountain road on the left, and I followed suit.
The road up the mountain is made up of stones of different sizes. The vegetation on both sides of the mountain road is lush, and some are covered with moss. The green color is illuminated by the sunlight sprinkled between shade trees, which is very eye-catching. People can't help but think of Wang Wei's poem "There seems to be no one on the empty mountain, but I think I heard a voice, sunshine, entering a small forest and reflecting it from the green moss."
Perhaps in such a fresh and quiet natural environment, adults and children can't help but feel relaxed and happy, humming happily and heading for higher places in the mountains.
On the way halfway up the mountain, a local fellow came down from the mountain with a big shelf full of fresh bamboo shoots. Behind him is a khaki puppy, following in the footsteps of his master, running all the way. The bell on his neck jingles, which is crisp and sweet in this quiet mountain.
Approaching me, I asked my fellow villagers, "Big Brother, how many bamboo shoots did you dig today?" While wiping the sweat on his forehead with the corner of his clothes, the fellow villager panted and replied, "Today's harvest is ok, and I'm going to take it to town to sell." "I hope you can get a good price!" "Ok, ok, thank you!" The fellow villager smiled and continued to walk down the hill. Looking at the distant backs of fellow villagers and puppies, I can't help but feel a little moved when I recall the scene of the old people working just now. These simple and kind people who live in the mountains work at sunrise and rest at sunset, and support themselves and their families with hard-working hands. Maybe life is not easy, but they are still optimistic and tenacious, always satisfied!
Along the mountain road, some relics stand quietly among the mountains. They came quietly from the distant historical clouds, silently staring at the mountains, rivers, grass and trees here, desolate and lonely, and the world is independent.
We don't want to disturb their peace any more, so leave gently. I think we will come here again!
