A good LED energy-saving lamp should be composed of four parts: high-quality LED chip, constant-current isolated power supply, radiator with appropriate power relative to the lamp, and lampshade with soft light diffusion effect. LED chip is very important: a good LED chip has high luminous efficiency, low temperature rise, high color rendering index, high junction temperature and antistatic property.
Heat dissipation is very important: it is completely wrong to emphasize that LED is a cold light source and does not need heat dissipation. Before the real low-heat LED chip is developed, the life of LED without high-quality radiator may be far less than that of ordinary energy-saving lamps! Because when the light decays to 70% of the initial luminous flux, it has already marked the end of the life of LED energy-saving lamps.
Power supply is very important: whether it can withstand high temperature and humidity, whether it can withstand high voltage safety regulations (UL) and whether it can withstand electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) is also a hard indicator, which also determines the real life of LED energy-saving lamps.
