Heather Music and Art Department was merged into Jiangsu Revolutionary Literature and Art School (formerly Nanjing Art College) in June 1969+0 1 and returned to Nanjing Normal College in June 1972. 1in June, 1976, some faculty members of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education transferred to Heather Sports Training Group, and soon merged with the Public Sports Department.

In 2000, "Nanjing Power College" under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry was merged into Nanjing Normal University, which gradually became a comprehensive teaching and research university featuring teachers.
