Century Jin Hui wine is produced in Fujia Town, Huixian County.

Jin Hui Liquor Industry is located in Huixian County, Longnan, adjacent to Jiuzhaigou, a world natural heritage. It is the only Yangtze River valley in Gansu, and it belongs to the southwest golden plate of brewing with Wuliangye and other famous wine enterprises. According to local chronicles and unearthed cultural relics, Jinhui Liquor originated in the Western Han Dynasty and flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was a famous "western wine town".

Huixian County in Longnan, with Qinling Mountains in the north and Jialing River in the south, has a unique ecological environment for wine making, and has been a traditional wine-making resort since ancient times.
