The first numbers of China Mobile (1999) all started with 1390 and 1380. Later, China Mobile introduced the number beginning with (2000) 1350. At the beginning of 2000, it was stipulated that 1354 belongs to intelligent network users (standard Shenzhouxing). Later, five numbers were added: 13 1, 1362, 1364, 1365 and 1366.

In the same year, the number of 137 was added. At the end of 2004, China Mobile added the number 134. On World Telecommunication Day in 2004 (May 17), China Mobile added a paragraph 159.

139 is not special in 1999. But it has become the symbol of old mobile users, especially the one starting with 1390. The earliest paragraph 1390 introduced by Mobile has become an antique in mobile phone numbers. 139 is regarded as the symbol of GSM. In earlier years, mobile phone numbers started with 9, with 8 digits. In China, the mobile phone number is adjusted to 10 digits.

Later, due to more and more users, 10 digits were not enough, so it was upgraded to the current1/kloc-0 digits. As the first batch of mobile nicknames, the market is so short that the price of an ordinary 139 number is very high.
