Summary of internal affairs regulations
China People's Liberation Army has always attached importance to internal affairs. 1936, the first temporary internal regulations of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants were promulgated. With the development of the army, the internal regulations were revised nine times from 1942 to 20 10. The current internal regulations of the China People's Liberation Army were signed and promulgated by Hu Jintao, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, on June 3, 20 10 (Jun Fa [20/KLOC-0] No.21). The main contents include: general rules, military oath, military duties, internal relations, etiquette, military dress, military discipline and foreign exchanges. These regulations embody the purposes and principles of the people's army. The implementation of internal affairs regulations by the whole army plays a very important role in maintaining and carrying forward fine traditions and promoting the construction of revolutionization, modernization and regularization.

The armies of many countries in the world have formulated different forms of internal regulations. For example, the US Army's Officers' Manual, Sergeant's Manual and Soldier's Manual also contain provisions on internal affairs. Detailed content
