Third, the school history is different.
1. Beihang University: founded in 1952, formerly known as Beihang University. It was formed by the merger of the aviation departments of Tsinghua University, Beiyang University, Xiamen University, Sichuan University and Chongqing University. The school was designated as a national key university on 1959, and changed its name to Beihang University 1988 in April.
2. Beijing Institute of Technology: Formerly known as/kloc-0, the Academy of Natural Sciences was established in Yan 'an in 1940, and/kloc-0 was established in Beijing in 1949, taking over the headquarters of China-France University and the three departments of mathematical chemistry. 1952 was named Beijing Institute of Technology, and 1988 was renamed Beijing Institute of Technology.
