The Historical Origin of Saihanba
Saihanba was called "Thousand-Li Pine Forest" in Liao and Jin Dynasties in China, and was once used as a hunting ground for emperors. After the Qing Emperor Kangxi put down the "San Francisco Rebellion", he visited the Great Wall and took a fancy to this nomadic land in southern Mongolia, which has "capital in the south, Mobei in the north, steep mountains and rivers and moderate mileage".

Kangxi borrowed the ancient etiquette of the emperor's hunting in the four seasons, such as "spring hunting, summer seedling hunting, autumn fairy hunting and winter hunting", tempered the fighting capacity of the Eight Banners in Manchu Dynasty, implemented the policy of appeasement to subdue Mongolia, curbed the invasion of Russia in northern Xinjiang, and maintained the unity and unity of multi-ethnic countries, etc., and used Harqin, Aohan and Weng Niute to "offer a grassland, open a spiritual garden and go to autumn in the New Year." Historians call it "the princes of Wu and Sui Dynasties".

According to historical records, Mulan paddock is Royal Hunt Garden outside the Great Wall. From the 20th year of Kangxi to the 25th year of Jiaqing 139, Emperor Kangxi, Emperor Qianlong and Emperor Jiaqing held Mulan Qiuxian 105 times. Many colorful historical dramas were also directed here, which became an important place for the Qing emperor to spend the summer and contact various ministries in northern Mongolia and other ethnic minorities. Some historic events, such as the different battles in Ulan, were also planned and decided in Mulan paddock and summer resort. It can be said that a Mulan paddock has a history of half the Qing Dynasty.

With the development of history of qing dynasty, the Qing government opened a reclamation area in the second year of Tongzhi (1863) due to corrupt officials and decadent finances, and then the forest vegetation was destroyed. Later, it was plundered and cut down by the Japanese invaders and burned for years, leaving no virgin forest. In those years, the "Five Rangers" and "Thousand Hunters" were all gone in the ancient holy land with beautiful scenery and deep valleys. Saihanba area has degenerated into a barren mountain on the plateau, showing a desolate scene of "birds without trees and yellow sand covering the sky" By the early days of liberation, the virgin forest had disappeared, showing a desolate scene of "birds without trees and yellow sand covering the sky"

After several generations of Saihanba's spirit of "fools move mountains", we have made unremitting efforts. Saihanba has taken off his hat of shame that does not belong to him. Show a new look.
