Zhuge Liang (181-23410-8), a native of Yang Du, Xuzhou (now yinan county, Linyi City, Shandong Province), was an outstanding politician, strategist, essayist and calligrapher during the Three Kingdoms period.
Zhuge Liang's achievements
1, military-the correct idea of running the army
In order to enable the weak Shu State to compete with Wei State, Zhuge Liang made use of his limited strength to improve the quality of the army and the combat capability of the Shu State Army. As the saying goes, "few soldiers are good."
Paying attention to the restraint and training of the army aims to enable the Shu army to train day and night with eight arrays. He advocated the rule of law and strict military discipline, so when Ma Su, his favorite pupil, lost his street kiosk, he still put his loyalty above family interests and pursued military law. Zhuge Liang has always adhered to his military strategy, that is, "to unite with Sun Quan to resist Cao Cao and to cultivate troops at home". Liu Bei did not take Zhuge Liang's advice and set out to attack the State of Wu. As a result, he was defeated and killed. No matter how difficult it was to get in and out of Shu Road, Zhuge Liang did not send troops to seize Jingzhou, but went out of Qishan six times and did his best to die. Although it failed in the end, it was glorious in failure and still alive in death. It is a model of loyalty and loyalty of the later generations and will be praised forever.
2. Politics-Building a Clean Government
As a prime minister, Zhuge Liang knows well: "The house leaks when it rains all night, stopping at the top, leaking at the top, and not staying at the bottom." He not only took the lead in building a clean government and raised a banner, but also regarded the building of a clean government as an important political and legal construction, which had a great impact on all aspects of politics, economy, military and culture in Shu and Han dynasties. The construction of clean government in Zhuge Liang's period was first manifested in strictly controlling the scale of Miyagi and Hui Ling in Shu Han.
3. Political law-making
Zhuge Liang's legislation is open and law enforcement is fair, which is different from the contemporary feudal legal trend of thought. In the first year of Zhangwu (22 1), Liu Bei proclaimed himself emperor in Chengdu, Yizhou, and established the Shu-Han regime.
4. Economic aspects
Zhuge Liang took advantage of Hanzhong's economic conditions and took a series of effective measures during his stay in Hanzhong, developing production according to local conditions and persuading agriculture, and basically solved the military resources of the Northern Expedition on the spot. After Zhuge Liang's death, the Shu-Han army was losing ground, and Wei Jun also "took a lot of books and grain" in Shu camp. This just shows the effect of Zhuge Liang's persuasion of agriculture and military reclamation.
When the local people live well, they can attract more people, make Hanzhong, a vast and sparsely populated city, develop again, gradually achieve a virtuous circle of more people and more food, and let the people "live and work in peace and contentment".
As the prime minister of Shu Han, Zhuge Liang calmed people's hearts, abided by the etiquette system, restrained officials, used his power cautiously, and treated people honestly. Even his enemies who are loyal to the country will be rewarded, and even his cronies who neglect their duties and violate the law and discipline will be punished. As long as you sincerely plead guilty and obey the law, you will be lenient, even the lightest mistake will be strictly managed, and even the smallest kindness and contribution will be praised and punished. He is concise and practical, can solve problems fundamentally, pays attention to reality, ignores fame, and does not do things that covet vanity; Finally, the whole people in Shu are afraid of him, but admire him. No one complains about using harsh laws. This is because he is honest and sincere to his heart, and his suggestion is very clear and reasonable. It can be said that he is an outstanding talent for governing the country, and his talents can be compared with those of Guan Zhong and Xiao He.
