Historical events of the Three Kingdoms:

The Three Kingdoms is a historical period between the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Western Jin Dynasty in China. There are mainly three regimes: Cao Wei, Shu Han and Wu Dong. Cao Cao in Battle of Red Cliffs was defeated by Sun Liu's allied forces, forming the embryonic form of three pillars. In 220, Cao Pi usurped the Han Dynasty and proclaimed himself emperor, with the title of "Wei" and the history of Cao Wei, and the history of the Three Kingdoms officially began. The following year, Liu Bei inherited the Han Dynasty in Chengdu, which was called Shu Han in history.

In 222, Liu Bei lost the battle of Yiling, and Sun Quan won most of Jingzhou. When Liu Bei died in 223, Zhuge Liang helped Liu Chan, the son of Liu Bei, reunite with Sun Quan and resume domestic production. In 229 AD, Sun rose, with the title of "Wu". According to history, the Three Kingdoms were formally established. In the following decades, Zhuge Liang and Jiang Wei of Shu Han led troops to the northern expedition of Cao Wei many times, but they never changed the pattern of tripartite confrontation. The real power in the late Cao Wei was gradually controlled by Sima Shi.

In 263, Si Mazhao of Cao Wei launched the war to destroy Shu, and Shu Han perished. Two years later, Si Mazhao died of illness, and his son Sima Yan abandoned the Wei Yuan Emperor to stand on his own feet, with the title of "Jin", which was called the Western Jin Dynasty in history. In 280 AD, the Western Jin Dynasty destroyed Soochow and unified China. At this point, the Three Kingdoms period ended and entered the Jin Dynasty.
