On September 7, 2004, the State Council approved (Guo Han [2004] No.70) the adjustment of some administrative divisions in Nanchang: Xichuan Neighborhood Committee of Chaoyangzhou Street in Xihu District was placed under the jurisdiction of donghu district. Taohua Town and Hufang Town in Qingshan Lake District are under the jurisdiction of Xihu District. Five neighborhood committees, namely Gushi Street, Hongcheng Road, Nanguan Pass, Jiu Si and Xinfeng, Cross Street in Xihu District, Caoshanhu Group, Nanchang Casing Factory, Computer Factory, Jiangxi Polyester Factory, Di Jiang Foundation Company, Shuguang, Trademark Color Printing Factory, Nanchang Dyeing and Finishing Factory, Jiangnan Battery Factory, Fourth Machine Tool Factory, Shanghai Road Street Erjin, Guole New Village and South Station Street. Shanghai Road Street, Xihu District, Light Chemical Industry Institute, Honggang, Provincial People's Procuratorate, Telecom East Branch, Ankang, Provincial Machinery Construction Company, Provincial Water Conservancy Design Institute, Provincial Installation Company, Southern Electric Tool Factory, Jiangxi Rubber Factory, Shanghai Lubei, Nanchang Battery Factory, Donghua Metrology Institute, Nanchang Enamel Factory, Shanghai Road New Village, Huaan Knitting Factory, Jiangxi Hardware Factory, Sanbo Electric Machine Factory, Hydrogeological Brigade, 260. There are 28 neighborhood committees such as Taziqiao North, China Southern Airlines, residential area South, Yanhe and Nanchang Valve Factory, 9 neighborhood committees such as Xinwei Road, Banbian Street, Normal University South Road, Shunhuamen, Chadaokou East Road, Normal University, Radio and Television Hall, Watch Factory, Workers' New Village North, Workers' New Village South, Shangyuan, Hongdu Middle Street, the Third Railway and the Fourth Railway. After the adjustment, West Lake District governs Tower, Taoyuan, Chaoyangzhou, Guangrunmen, Nanpu, West Lake, Hemazhuang, Cross Street, Ding Highway, South Station 10 Street and Taohua Town, and the District People's Government is located in Ruzi Road. At present, it covers an area of 34.5 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 430,000.

In 2004, the administrative division covered 10 street and 1 town: Ta, Taoyuan, Chaoyangzhou, Guangrunmen, Nanpu, West Lake, Hemazhuang, Shizi Street, Ding Highway, South Station and Taohua Town 10 street.

Nanpu Street has jurisdiction over Erlang Temple, Xiangshan, Nanpu Road, Xishuyuan, Taoshatang, Tiandengxia, Weizhou Street, Haoshangjie, Lizhou, Sandalwood, Jinxiancang 1 1 community neighborhood committee; Municipal committee of experts.

Chaoyangzhou Street governs Chaoyang, Zi Yuan Street, Tuanjie Road, Hongguanglou, Lizi Street, Hengzi Street, Fuhe Bridge, Chaoxin, Fusheng Road and Zhongshan West Road 10; Jiang Mu and Southern Yan have two family committees.

There are 20 community neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction of Taoyuan Street: Taoyuan, Xiangjiang, Garden Central Park, Xinzhou Island, Xinyu, Baifuyuan, Dongfang, Taohua Road, Taohuayuan, Fuheyuan, Guangsha, Red Garden, Wanfuyuan, Faculty Park, Jinyuan, Futian, Far East, Zhong Zhen, Airport and Industry and Trade City.

Guangrunmen Street has 10 community neighborhood committees, including Zhixiang, Chimney Lane, Shuicang, Xiawan Street, Huimin Gate, Cui Hua Street, Wazijiao, Baiyi Temple, Wanshou Palace and Xiatang City.

There are 8 community neighborhood committees under the jurisdiction of Xihu Street: Xihu Road, Zhuzi Lane, Majiaxiang, Kang Wang Temple, Shaoguachi, Ruziting, Gao Qiao, and Xishang Yuting; Family Planning Commission of Provincial Department of Finance.

Mazhuang Street under its jurisdiction: Dongshuyuan, Baisong Lane, Catholic Church, Luojia Garden, Nanhai Palace, Ruzi Road, Liuyanjing, Mazhuang, Sanyanjing and Yingtian Temple 10 Community Neighborhood Committee; Family members committee of party school of provincial party committee.

Jinshengta Street Area: 7 community neighborhood committees including Yesutang, Zhangjiashan, Zhanqian West Road, Yongshu Road, Laofushan, Jinshengta and Bakou Lane; Posts and telecommunications, bus companies, and the Second Municipal Hospital have three family committees.

Cross Street has jurisdiction over 8 community neighborhood committees: Jiaopi Lane, Cross Street, Qianjin Road, Sima Temple, Fushan Garden, Shangyaowan, Tanzikou and Jianshe Bridge; Jiangyin, Jiangdian, Family Committee of Provincial Highway Bureau and Family Committee of Provincial Bank of China; Alliance village Committee

Ding Highway Street governs seven community neighborhood committees, namely Jinpan West Road, Guangchang East Road, Ding Highway, Jinpan East Road, Precision Lane, Chadaokou West Road and Erqi South Road North; Bayi Avenue, Communications Department, Changyun, Xinhua, Machinery Department, Metallurgy Department, Geological Exploration Bureau, Provincial Construction, Municipal Administration, Beiyuan, Nanyuan1/Family Planning Commission.

South Station Street has jurisdiction over seven community neighborhood committees: Erqi South Road, Luoyang Road, Guangchang South Road, Zhanqian Road, Zhannan Lane, Jinggangshan Avenue and Jiefang West Road. Railway 1, Railway 2, Railway 5, 3 committees.

Taohua Town has jurisdiction over two community neighborhood committees, namely Sandaozha and Xingjiapo Garden. Fishery Village, Sancun Village, Wucun Village, Shili Village, Guanzhou Village, Laozhou Village, Daji Village, Sanjiao Village, Shilimiao Village, Guanyu Village and Lei Chi Village12; Hongcheng Market Committee.
